Sometimes I find books at amazon old and used, Oxfam , Car boot sales, ebay and the recycling centre. My lovely friend reminded me the library to me as a great place to borrow books. I just suggesting these because I forget and miss out I also heard I can borrow tapes from the library and I love listening to self help books. I wish you much love and happiness in your life and may joy be with you Xx

Dear Paul,  how are you feeling today?  I can’t believe that you don’t have any friends.  You sound like such a lovely person.  Maybe you’ve shut yourself off from the outside world for a time and don’t really want to be in touch with people face to face right now.  Could that be it?  I know that I avoided face to face contact with anyone when I was ill.  I didn’t want to see anyone but also I felt so stupid, had no self- esteem or confidence and feared making a fool of myself or not being able to string a sentence together.  We’re always here Paul.  Sorry I didn’t get back to you last night Paul.  I wasn’t well with food poisoning.  Much better now thank goodness but sad to read you’re struggling.  Those books are good.  Unfortunately debt is terrible and merely fuels the depression doesn’t it.  That’s why Martin Lewis put a link to our site from his.  We get a lot of people coming from that site.  People who seem invinsible are no longer so in these times.  My investor for my cafes was worth millions and went bankrupt last year so please don’t be hard on yourself for that too.  Depression is bad enough without adding to it by beating yourself up about money too.  Can you manage on a day to day basis?  Have you had a look at all the support you’re entitled to?  I am thinking about you Paul and if good wishes could make you better you would be feeling flippin amazing!  Shame they can’t but we are all wishing you well.  Hang on in there Paul.  Best, Helen

A Big thank you , from the bottom of my heart.  The way u care is amazing.  I hope allison helps soon.
Which I am looking forward to.

I hope you are feeling better from that horrible food poisoning, which is ill.  I remember when I got it.

2 of my books will be here tom. Sod it and black dog, then shoot the damm dog coming later.

I scared to face people and meet new ones .  The peril of money fuels my depression further and further.  i need a new direction of life.

Alliosn might have some new ideas for me.  Helen the way you make me glow is so special.

Take lots of care Paul x
