Remember to be fearless today Xxx nothing is impossible Xx listening to my little 6 yr old daughters CD, if the little people can do it so can the giants Xxx HUGxx p.s I realise all my fearful thoughts are trash I can’t predict the future who is to say that what I have said and done wasn’t for the best and I thought they were mistakes at the time , who is to say that all the people that never loved me was for a good reason because then I would appreciate somebody better that was on the way and learnt a valuable lesson to support them me and us Xx We can’t predict the future and we can’t read peoples mind we have so much time on this planet so many lessons to learn who is to say we get it wrong perhaps its just part of the journey to better things we don’t know what people are thinking in their hearts their minds we can only assume Xxx When I assume I make an ASSof U and ME and assume is the mother of all mess ups Xx tragedy can be blessings in disguise, most of my tragedgies have been lucky escapes in hindsight, looking back on the pain of my life just adds sorrow to my day. Hello Paul - so glad to hear you are feeling better - really great news. Glad you have internet sorted - one step at a time. Hope you are having a nice Bank Holiday - any chance you might see your little boy ?
Typical weather here - blowing a gale and heavy showers ! CBT is good but I do find it quite draining and the timing on a Friday isn’t great going into the weekend but I think it does help and my therapist is lovely so I shouldn’t complain. It’s a bit up and down at the moment - feel better but afraid of the future. One day at a time I guess. It’s such a help to have people like you Chloe and Helen to support me when the going gets tough.

Hi Paul - yes I knlow that rollercoaster feeling ! One day you feel you could take on the world next you can barely crawl out of bed ! Am on a particular high point at the moment I am pleased to report but am never complacent - waiting for it all to come crashing down around my ears. One day at a time. What’s been happening in your life of late ? Have CBT again tomorrow, It’s ok but draining and I can’t helo thinking it would have been a lot more use to me two years ago. Mind you my therapist is a bit of a babe so it’s always good to chat to her. I think it is useful in terms of I can tell her stuff that would bore the pants off my friends and colleagues without fear of upsetting anyone. Bit like talking to you and Chloe really for which I am eternally grateful. Do let me know what’s happening with you.
