Morning Aprille, hope you’re feeling better.  The sun’s shining!  I always feel better in the sun and it really makes a difference to my partner.  She’ll be out today. Do you think you might be able to get outside.  Soak up some mood boosting rays!  Have a good day Aprille.  Hoping to get out of work early myself and go for a walk around the pond (Not a back garden one.  It’s quite a big local one!) I find it very calming.  Will

Hi Will, Glad to hear your partner enjoying the sunshine. No sun here Im afraid but I will be out I am going to the garden centre so that when the sun comes out I will be ready. Have a good day at work I am going to try to get back next week as I only have 2 weeks before I am away for 2 weeks holiday near Scarborough. I wish I could say I was looking forward to it but leaving the safety of my home is difficult. Take care. Aprille

Morning Aprille, the sun should be with you now and I sure hope it stays for your holiday. I used to feel like that Aprille and not want to leave my house even for a holiday which not many could understand given they’d jump at the chance of a holiday.  I remember backing out of a holiday with my husband and my sisters’-in-law to Mull and Iona in Scotland as I was feeling terrible and to this day I still regret it as it is meant to be beautiful.  However at the time I couldn’t face it.  I’m not saying that for any other reason though Aprille than to say I do remember how that feels and I very much empathise with you.  If you get to the coast and don’t feel up to going out would you feel comfortable staying in the room/caravan/tent?  I find the sea and sand very healing.  In fact wherever I am every year on New Year’s Day I go to sit by the sea.
I hope you had a healing weekend in the sun Aprille and well done for all the proactive things you’re doing.  You are trying and i think that trying is the key even when we least feel like it.  Whilst it might not immediately seem to be giving results, trying is cumulative and surprisingly so, so keep trying.  You may not notice immediate changes but they will be happening so stick with it.  Thinking of you. Helen
