Brencoot Xx I was listening to radio 2 yesterday and sufferers of anxiety and depression have found meditation working really well with the CBT. A listener said he makes sure he meditates for at least 5 mins a day. I was complaining to a friend I don’t do enough fitness and she said you must make time, the man on the radio says he makes time. So for my new years I am going to make time for the important stuff and lose the unimportant stuff in my life.
